Return & Refund Policy – Kyraa Cosmetics
At Kyraa Cosmetics, customer satisfaction and product safety are very important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we follow the policy below:
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔ Product received is damaged
✔ Product is defective
✔ Incorrect item was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Unboxing video or clear photos are required as proof
❌ We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Shade / fragrance preference issues
(This is standard practice in cosmetics for hygiene and safety.)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was on our end.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
✔ Damaged
✔ Defective
✔ Wrong product received
Important Product Notice
Individual skin types vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any product.
Kyraa Cosmetics is not responsible for:
• Allergic reactions
• Skin sensitivities
• Improper product usage
